Biltong tastes great on its own, but lots of foods go with it really well with it. Biltong is perfect as a healthy meat snack or used as ‘nibbles’ in a bowl alongside nuts, olives, peppers and some cheesy snacks.
Many people chop biltong finely (probably easiest in a food processor) and sprinkle it over a salad or on pasta. And there are some that use it in fine dining.
